EENOVA Project Presented at Green Transition Forum 6.0

The EENOVA project was presented during the sixth edition of the Green Transition Forum (GTF 6.0), one of Southeast Europe’s leading platforms dedicated to sustainability, innovation, energy transition, and economic competitiveness. The forum brought together policymakers, business leaders, researchers, investors, and international experts to discuss the challenges and opportunities associated with Europe’s green transformation and the transition to a low-carbon economy.

As part of the event, Cleantech Bulgaria hosted a dedicated exhibition stand where the EENOVA Model was showcased to forum participants. Developed within the framework of the EENOVA project, the model addresses a key challenge in the field of energy efficiency:

How can the results of energy audits conducted at the level of individual companies be transformed into concrete improvements across an entire value chain?

The EENOVA Model provides practical answers to this question by demonstrating how businesses can move from analysis to action, from individual measures to coordinated solutions, and from energy efficiency potential to real, measurable results.

By fostering collaboration among enterprises operating within the same value chain, the model enables companies to identify synergies, exchange knowledge, and implement joint actions that deliver greater energy savings and sustainability benefits than isolated initiatives. Rather than viewing energy efficiency as an individual company challenge, EENOVA promotes a value-chain approach that unlocks opportunities for collective improvement and long-term impact.

During the forum, participants learned how the EENOVA methodology helps bridge the gap between audit findings and implementation, ensuring that identified energy-saving opportunities are translated into tangible actions and measurable outcomes. The model demonstrates that cooperation between businesses can turn energy audits into real and sustainable improvements throughout the entire value chain.

The presentation at Green Transition Forum 6.0 provided an excellent opportunity to engage with international partners and stakeholders, exchange knowledge and best practices, and strengthen regional cooperation. It also highlighted the potential of innovative, collaborative approaches to enhancing energy efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness across industries.
